However, there are some situations when the orders are cancelled. On some occasions, we are forced to cancel the orders and on some other occasions, the customers also cancel the orders.
We have Cancellation Policies both for us and for our customers. We intend to follow the Cancellation Policies as and when needed:
Cancellation by AceDesigns:
We cancel the orders if we encounter the following conditions:
- When the product is no longer available in our stock
- When the address of the buyers is not complete, and reaching them is not possible
- When our Credit and Fraud Identification Department notices a dispute in the order placed by any buyer
- When we receive order from a buyer from a non-serviceable area
- When we encounter a manufacturing defect in the listed products
- When limitation on quantities is imposed
Cancellations by the Customers:
Though it is a critical task, we entertain the cancellation process just to help out our customers. We encourage our customers to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing their orders. We are happy to cancel the orders until they are not processed and not shipped. In this case, we refund the whole amount to the customers. However, we would not be able to do anything if the order is processed and the product is shipped.
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

How do I cancel my order?
As mentioned earlier, you can cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. In that case, you can get the refund of money.
However, you can cancel the order even after the product is shipped, but you cannot get the whole money refunded till we receive the product back from the courier service.
Unfortunately, we cannot do anything if the ordered product is delivered to you at your stated address.
Can you please tell me how should I cancel my order?
Follow the steps mentioned below:
- Login to your account with AceDesigns using your username and password.
- Visit ‘My Orders’ page
- Find the product you would like to cancel.
- Click ‘Cancel’ and state the reason for cancelling the order. It is mandatory.
- We would initiate the process of cancelling the order only after the cancellation request is created.
What is the expected duration for cancelling the order?
The process varies depending on a few factors. The duration may vary from 1 working day to 10 working days.
